Business Strategy/Planning & Analytics Role - BFSI

We are looking for a candidate ONLY from Mumbai location

Qualifications: B.A., B.Tech., MBA (Finance), CFA, Chartered Financial Analyst, Data Analytics Specialization

Specific Skill Sets: High degree of Excel & Power Point Skill sets with the ability to build cohesive presentations on sales & strategy, as well as, be the chief analyst for the business

Experience: At least 7-12 years in a planning, business analytics or strategy role within a CFO function in a bank/NBFC or part of the Business Strategy team of a conglomerate

Key Skill Sets:

- Extremely strong quantitative skills

- Ability to think spatially and laterally and come up with quick solutions

- Ability to formulate structured sales/strategy decks at short notice

- Good presentation skills in front of senior management

- Capability to analyze data and translate it into easy, explainable data points for business usage for senior management

- Work with the CEO, Research and Business Development to build newsletters related to macro and micro trends for usage with anchor investors, apart from fact sheets and decks

- Highly analytical in terms of thinking capability

- Ability to work seamlessly with a cross functional team and translate ideas into results
