Strategy & Operations

We work with clients to help them enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness, reduce operating costs, increase revenues and better manage their business assets.

- Maximizing value to customers, shareowners, employees, and communities

- Achieving balanced excellence in all aspects of cash flow - Revenue, Operating Costs, and Investment

- Developing an ability to "self-heal" by continuously improving structural problems both internal and external to the business

- Putting organizational DNA in place to manage the business and rapidly make decisions, continuously adjusting business strategy and design to meet market conditions

Role:

- Generates new business for the practice

- Delivery of Revenue on client engagements

- Use client relationships to identify new opportunities for the firm

- Leads and directs multiple projects effectively.

- Negotiates fees and other terms of engagement

- Monitors billing/ Fee collection using billing reports

- Counsels teams and individuals (via defining and implementing developmental plans) which will result in meeting future needs of the firm.

- Contributes to implementing and enhancing the firms policies and procedures for knowledge management and management for the firm's intellectual capital

- Acts promptly to rectify and repair any risk to the firm or its clients in relation to intellectual capital
