RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute business strategy objectives defined by management for different business requirements - Sales, Products, New initiatives, organic and inorganic growth etc.
- Lead strategic partnerships and other organic and in organic initiatives for the growth of the organization.
- Lead annual budgeting & strategic planning process.
- Work closely with Management and business analytics team to model, analyze, prepare and summarize information for company's forecast and performance.
- Identifying business performance trends for existing and new business opportunities
- Preparation of business models for management to provide business insights and take business decisions
- Interaction with product and business unit stakeholders as required to strategies key projects in their functions across business and products.
- Research and come up with new business and product initiatives with backup data and strategy. Lead it to the formulation level.
- Set up processes and systems to maintain the credibility of all data points required for business decision making.
- Ensures effective execution of key metrics such as Sales, revenue, cost, profit and coordinate related activities.
- Work with Business Teams to monitor opportunities & risks.
- Active participation in process improvements and business strategy projects as identified.
EXPERIENCE:
- MBA with at least 5 years of experience working as a Business strategy, planning, or in general management profile.
