Role & Responsibilities:

- Conducting Initial Market Research

- Responsible for providing Strategic and advisory services at the President Office.

- Business requirement documentation creation based on the kickoff meeting and requirement elicitation along with the documentation.

- Strategically analyzed new ways to improve profitability through data analysis, market estimation, market forecast and strategic planning.

- Suggesting Clients Go to Market Strategies.

- Conducting after Market surveys, analyzing competition data, compiling the received data, and converting it to meaningful insights to present to the management of the client's stakeholders.

- Creating business modelling charts to show the clients and competitors

- Scrutinizing the company's property, equipment, and resources.

- Implement strategies to minimize exposure to any risk

- Conduct comprehensive research, internal and external discussions, and discussions with market players to develop POV / possible solutions.

- Work closely with the cross functional teams (distribution, operations, products, digital, technology, finance, legal) to formulate strategic options, evaluate selected options and make recommendations on decisions involving investments or decisions, comprehensively to senior management along with program leaders.

- Program manage the execution of the agreed project plan and ensure delivery on agreed timelines.
