Business Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in delivering a sound and successful technical solution for all business problems

- Experience in evangelizing emerging technologies to result in business and technology transformation

- Experience in designing, prototyping, and delivering applications and solutions on emerging technologies like Cloud, Big Data, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Microservices, Mean Stack, Open Stack, etc., offering, to respond to business needs for cost-efficiency, improved quality, and agility etc.

- Experience working in Open Source Technologies like Java, Spring, Hibernate.

- Experience in creating business cases and run Proof of Concepts (POCs) for adoption of emerging technology for organizational transformation

- Recommends and participates in the development of architecture for related systems

- Should involve in assessing and recommending the best of breed emerging technology solutions to address business needs

- Collaborate with development, IT and business teams developing solution architecture, implementation plans and estimates

- Experience in designing and deploying dynamically scalable, highly available, fault tolerant, secure and reliable applications on emerging tech stack

- Collaborates and address problems faced by development & deployment team by providing technical solutions, suggestions

- Evaluate commercial over the shelf software products & tools and provide a comprehensive view of co-existence of a solution; build or buy recommendations.

- Understanding of industry best practices and experience in cloud services, automation and integration would be preferred.

- Participate in pre-sales process and own the solution architecture

- Participate in Project / Program Deliveries for Architecture and Design to De-Risk Technical Delivery

- Recommend the design and implementation of standards, tools and methodologies

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Domain will be an additional advantage

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent

- Candidate should have basic understanding of any Object Oriented Language (C++/Java).

- Candidate should be able to write simple scripts in either Bash/Shell/Python/Perl

- Candidate should have understanding of Hadoop and MR concepts

- Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements

- Strong organizational, project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines and people - with frequent priority changes

- Knowledge and understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and adaptability to other software products

- Knowledge and Experience of Different Estimation Methodologies

- Proven analytical and Problem-Solving skills

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Should have good customer facing skills to represent value proposition within the customer's environment and drive discussions with senior personnel
