Business/Research Analyst - Capability/Knowledge Centre - Strategy Consulting Firm - IIM/IIT

Our Client, a US based Boutique Strategy Consulting Firm, is looking to set up their Capability/ Knowledge Centre in Gurgoan, India. As part of their expansion plans, they are looking to hire a team of Business/ Research Analyst for the Capability Centre.

Job Duties:

- Analyzing business organizational systems, marketing trends and implement business strategies.

- Responsible to support client projects through research, in-depth analysis, and insightful problem solving.

- Interact regularly with clients on a day-to-day basis and help them transform their business.

- Gather and analyze critical data recommend to the clients for implementation of new and more effective procedures to meet client's goals.

- Design and develop implementation model by interacting with the software professionals.

- Prepare documentation and manuals outlining the procedures and methods of performing the tasks.

- Evaluate business functional requirements, and recommend improvements in the existing systems.

- Create concise, easy to understand and impactful written end products.

- Work collaboratively with other consultants and client team members to deliver outstanding work products.

Requirements:

Post Graduate from IIM's or Undergraduates/ Dual Degree from IIT's or SRCC/ LSR/ St.Stephens/ Xaviers.
