Designation - Senior Analyst

Location - Noida, India

Client - An UK based Research and Analytics firm supporting a variety of fortune 500 companies and global market leaders from its offshore delivery centers.

Experience - 2-5 years

Qualification - Post graduates (MBA)

Responsibilities:

- Develop research protocols, analytical frameworks and crack tough business problems across verticals

- Organize, analyze, synthesize and summarize information using appropriate analytical methodologies and frameworks

- Would require extensive knowledge of major proprietary databases

- Direct interaction with the client

- Be able to leave lead relatively simpler projects or modules of larger projects under the guidance of a Manager and manage workflow therein

- Coach and mentor junior colleagues formally and informally

- Take up firm level responsibilities like training

Candidate profile:

- MBA from leading Indian B-Schools or international degrees

- 2 - 5 years of experience in Financial and Business Research & Consulting

- Strong business acumen

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Client relationship management skills

- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

- The candidate needs to be a generalist, willingness to work on the various areas of research, mostly secondary, with elements of primary as and when required
