- Developing a clear understanding of key business drivers for each line of business, analysing key financial metrics, and providing decision- making support to Business & Finance teams.

- Monthly reporting of Marketing variable cost (MVC) to the management

- Segment wise & Location wise

- Variance analysis - Asses, monitor & reporting price variance & mix variance on weekly basis.

- Budgeting MVC for Strategic business plan & fin plan.

- Supporting Business Management in the simulation model to achieve maximum profitability.

- Monthly closing, preparation of monthly management reports, and handling quarterly/annual statutory and Internal Audit

- Leading technology automation projects to automate the Business Finance reconciliation process

- Working with cross-functional partners on projects that involve implementation of Business processes modification for enhanced customer satisfaction and maximum profitability.
