Business/Program Manager - eCommerce

Business Manager for a Leading E commerce Giant

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Program Manager to shape the future of a new business at a leading eCommerce company This role - will be part of the fashion team.

- You will be supporting the India business team in its mission, and be responsible for developing and executing a best in class cross-functional programs and process improvements aimed at assisting selection addition by category teams in your focus area while leading the efforts to improving the customer experience when seeking to buy fashion-oriented products made in India.

- In this role you will get an opportunity to work with multiple category teams in India as well as global teams.

- As a Program Manager, you will also engage with various product and compliance teams to build robust and efficient customer centric processes in a dynamic environment.

- You will have a role in partnering with communities and local governments to assist them in bringing their products to millions of customers.

- This role involves influencing peers and stakeholders in other functions and externally to achieve the financial, operational and business goals assigned.

- He/she will be responsible for managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
