Description:

As a Product Head - Lending, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and execution of lending products offered by a fintech company based in Delhi NCR. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive innovation, improve user experience, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:

- Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for lending products, aligned with the company's overall vision and goals.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends and opportunities.

- Define product positioning and differentiation strategies based on customer needs and market dynamics.

Product Development and Execution:

- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to define product requirements and specifications.

- Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure seamless integration.

User Experience and Design:

- Drive user-centric design principles and ensure exceptional user experience across lending products.

- Conduct usability testing, user research, and data analysis to gather insights and enhance product usability and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor and optimize product performance metrics, such as conversion rates, user engagement, and customer retention.

- Product Marketing and Go-to-Market Strategy:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for lending products.

- Support marketing initiatives with product positioning, messaging, and competitive insights.

- Provide product training and support to internal stakeholders, such as sales teams, to enable successful product launches and drive adoption.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to align product goals and drive business growth.

- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to lending products and fintech landscape.

Profile:

- Bachelor's and Master's degree from Tier-1 college in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.

- Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, preferably in the fintech/nbfc industry, with a focus on lending products.

- Strong understanding of lending products, financial services, and regulatory frameworks.

- Experience in leading product strategy, roadmap development, and execution.

- Proficiency in agile methodologies, product development lifecycle, and project management tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
