Business Process Re-Engineering Role - Retail & Business Banking Function

Unit: Business Process Re-engineering 

Business Process Re-engineering (BPRG) unit has been constituted within the Risk Management for Retail & Business Banking function for end to end process audits and business requirements and suggests the changes.

BPRG team will also suggests and improve the process based on the competitors analysis & other best practices. In addition this team will coordinate with respective policy team for any change in the process/gap mitigation's.

Job Role & descriptions : 

The Incumbent will be responsible for end to end process review for Retail loans & identification of gaps, building necessary control and efficiencies with necessary improvement in the processes.

Key components of the job : 

a) End to end understanding of Retail Banking Loan Processes & Systems

b) To evaluate / design /execute and monitor business processes

c) Deep dive and Identification of process gaps, system issues

d) Proposing Corrective action plans, re-design and establishment of Key Risk Indicators, utilizing a variety of management metrics and tools

e) Discussions and co-ordinations with various departments and stakeholders & follow ups for closure of actionable.

f) Identification of areas for process improvement enabling customer delight

g) End to end Presentation on a Process covering scope of work, challenges, resolutions with timelines to the Senior Management

h) Providing support to Risk and control management in implementation of quality and effective suitable internal control mechanism

The incumbent will work on various process improvement projects along with teams such as BDTS, Policy, Risk, and Operations & Business.

Job Qualification: 

Key skills required: (Team Handling experience in must).

a) Understanding of Banking policies, loans and practices

b) Eye for details and good learning acumen

c) Good analytical, communication (verbal and written)& inter personal skills.

d) Good working knowledge of MS office including MS Excel

e) Zeal to succeed and must win attitude

Academic qualification: Graduate. Preferred - Chartered Accountant / Post Graduate in Business Management

Relevant Experience: 6-8 years of Banking/Audit experience
