Urgent Job Opening - Business Process Modeller for an International BPO Operations based at Mumbai

We are looking for Business Process Modeller for an International BPO Operations based at at Mumbai/Chennai.

Location - Goregaon

Educational Qualification - B.E with exp of working as a BA for BFSI domain or MBA (F) with relevant experience of Business Analysis

Exp - Min 3 yrs in BPM role

CTC - 9.5 L - 10 L

Band - Band 4

KRA :

As a BPM you will work on analysis of Business Processes. Will be responsible for creating process maps, comparison and analysis of different process. Will primarily work on Process Models in defining when a business process is triggered , what tasks are performed, what business outputs are delivered as a result of enacting a business process and which stakeholders are involved in the business process. The individual would also review the map made and suggest changes based on standards. The recommendations after analysis will be represented to all relevant stakeholders.

Competencies/Skills:

- Should have good analytical skills

- Should have excellent MS Power and Excel Skills

- Should have hands on experience of process mapping tools: ARIS, TIPCO, VISIO, MEGA, Metastorm ProVision

- Good understanding of Capital Markets (Hedge funds, Mutual funds, custody operations, c, Fund accounting, Transfer agency, Trade Processing, Fund Administration, etc)

- Understanding of Financial Terminologies

- Experience in Financial Operations
