Urgent Opening for Business Process Design Manager in Leading NBFC Firm - Mumbai.

CTC: 20-22 LPA Max (Depends on Interview)

Looking for someone with good experience in NBFC/Bank preferably.

Job Responsibilities :

- Identify areas of improvements through Process maturity, ISO certification and help in achieving benchmark levels of Quality, processes and customer satisfaction.

- Facilitate to assess current process maturity level, automation index and identify process re engineering, RPA and other automation opportunities to improve processes. Drive deployment of RPA, process re-engineering solution.

- Identification and implementation of common process improvement practices

- The process improvement solutions lead to disruptive innovations across ABHFL and help businesses to improve internal/ external customer experience and reduce operation cost.

- The candidate should be Six Sigma certified, with experience in process re-engineering and design, has handled projects end to end and preferably from relevant industry.
