We are looking for a Business Process Manager who would be responsible for developing, maintaining, implementing, and auditing internal business processes and procedures to improve efficiencies and manage risks within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Evaluating business processes and best practices for business process improvements.

- Supervise Design, document, and implement a business process to achieve the organizational goals.

- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes.

- Developing optimization strategies.

- Supervise, track, and communicate the status of business initiatives projects to management.

- Develop and maintain business process documentation that will be used as a reference for preparing test cases, training, documents, etc.

- Develop control systems to ensure optimum implementation of business processes.

- Develop audit systems to track and audit the implementation of processes.

- Conduct end-to-end audit of the Business Processes of organization.

Job Requirements :

- The candidate must have a knowledge of Software development or the Professional Services industry.

- Excellent written and communication skills.

- Must have Analytical thinking and problem-solving.

- Must have Interpersonal, Consultative skills and Facilitation skills.

- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.

Educational Qualifications : M Tech/ MBA/ any postgraduate
