Business Process Manager - Financial Services

We are looking forward for a suitable candidate for the position of Business Process Manager role. (Financial Service)

JD:-

Job Purpose:

Manage and control all projects for the assigned internal customer/ function

Ensuring uptime of the system in production / operations and adhere to performance SLAs.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategic

- Interacting directly with the business analyst and/or operational teams in order to understand their needs and issues. Providing business and technical solutions to existing problems / requirements and enhance customer satisfaction on a continuous basis

- Decide on the approach and manage scope (scope definition, planning, verification and control) of all projects for the business

- Budgeting and estimation of resources and time for each project. Creating a robust business case for the project and getting required approvals

- Analyze and interpret the requirements for the business.

Operational/Project management

- Prioritization and scheduling of the project in line with the business requirements, resource availability and criticality of the solution

- Serve as the single point of contact for the Project Manager / Business Users and keep them regularly informed of progress on the project

- Provide leadership for direct delivery to deliver within the required timeframe, as per specifications and of highest quality

- Serve as the escalation point for all development issues specific to project.

Educational Qualification

- Computer Engineer/ Master in Computers from a reputed university or Graduate with MCS/MBA from a reputed university

Previous Experience

- 5-10 years of experience

Skills and Knowledge required

- Budgeting and Estimation

- Technical expertise / knowledge of the business and the products used by them

- Understanding of the Exchange operations and business
