Job Description

- Analyze/evaluate all existing business processes to identify inefficiencies throughout the organization in areas such as product development, customer support, marketing, and human resources

- Devise, recommend, document, implement, and manage process improvement activities designed to maximize productivity an ROI within and across departments

- Establish/track productivity and performance metrics that align to revenue targets

- Prepare and present productivity reports to management team and recommend courses of action designed to meet business targets

- Establish auditing standards, processes, policies, procedures, and techniques

Skills & Experience Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience in management consulting at a mid-size or major management consulting firm

- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision by relying on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals

- Strong quantitative skills

- MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage others

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills with ability to be a persuasive and sell your ideas
