Business Process Management - Procedure/ Policy Drafting - Top Tier Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

- Our client, a top-tier consulting firm, is working with a prominent Real Estate major in the UAE and is looking for a Business Process Management resource to support them on this project.
- An ideal candidate would have previous experience in Business Process Management and the proficiency to create business processes and procedures.
Below summarises the responsibilities of the consultant :
- Drafting policies that are clear, concise, and easy to understand, while also being legally compliant and aligned with the organisation's goals
- Reviewing and revising policies regularly to ensure they remain relevant and effective
- Identifying and mapping out existing processes, including workflows, tasks, and decision points
- Documenting processes clearly and accurately using standard process mapping tools and techniques
An ideal candidate would have :
- 6 to 8 years of experience in writing/ drafting business policies & procedures
- Prior experience working in the real estate industry (preferred)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 4-month contract with a high possibility of extension. As this is a client- facing role, the selected consultant would be required to relocate to Abu Dhabi for this project.
