We have opportunities for you to join our Management Consulting team in the Business Process Management Life cycle practice within the Operations Consulting group in India

Business Process Management Lifecycle (BPM-L) proactively defines & sustains performance improvement through process strategy, process design,standardization, governance, best practice sharing across industries. From value identification to value capture, BPM establishes priorities, enables change and provides the infrastructure to sustain performance - providing a link between strategy, people and enabling technology.

We are currently seeking people at the Management Consultant level to support our clients in their business transformation initiatives in the areas of BPM - align with their organizational priorities, design, implement/ execute/ automate and maintain business processes, establish BPM governance frameworks and support them in responding to changes effectively by adopting latest digital techniques.

Key responsibilities may include :

- Lead or support key client engagements driving the analysis, architecture, design and implementation of BPM projects

- Diagnosis of the client's current BPML capabilities and maturity - including strategy, organization, processes and technology

- Develop and establish BPM governance across processes and organization (e.g. BPM CoE)

- Develop business process frameworks to support the client's strategic BPM efforts

- Leverage best practices, frameworks and existing business process repositories and standards (e.g. specific process assets, SCOR, eTOM, TOGAF,etc) to create client-specific business process repositories for business process standardization, improvement and implementation initiatives

- Support and facilitate business process requirement and design workshops (both onshore and offshore)to support business transformation

- Provide business process method and tool expertise for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of processes in various industries. Conduct training and provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders and to clients on BPML concepts, frameworks and methods

- Conceptualize, design and build business solutions, re-usable artefacts, accelerators around the BPM platforms to help accelerate BPM development and create differentiation

- Ability to meet travel requirements up to 100%

Required Qualifications :

- Total 5+ years of post-qualification (MBA) experience out of which 3+ years of recent management consulting/ internal project experience in Process Transformation areas such as Business Process Strategy and Governance, Business Process Design and Modeling, Process Execution, Automation, Process Performance Monitoring and Improvement, BPM tool/ Repository deployment, etc of which

- 2+ years of experience in BPM methodologies and any BPM tools (ARIS, Case wise, Provision, Adonis, iGrafx,Pega BPM,etc)

- Full-Time Masters degree in Management

Preferred Qualifications :

- 3+ years in a management consulting role at a business consulting firm or internal process transformation experience in any industry

- Understanding of Six sigma, Lean, TPM and other process improvement methodologies

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Business and IT

- Analytical and problem solving skills with expertise in quantitative/qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement

- Good communication skills, ability to interact with clients, collect requirements, design and present proposals and solutions to senior management - from both onshore and offshore

- Background in business process and ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, etc)

- Know-how about performance measurement and KPIs development, benchmarking and process maturity frameworks
