Roles & Responsibility: - Responsible for process analysis and support to ensure the effective and compliant delivery of global processes across various Global Units for the assigned process domain area such as S2P/O2C/R2R or Oracle Data Management (ODM). - Expert on all operation procedural requirements and contributes to issue resolution, change implementation within existing GSS services and ongoing performance assurance. The key areas of focus will be into process delivery support, process improvement support and change management. - Be aware of leading practices and innovation through access to global process excellence networks and provide recommendations for improvements Skills/Experience Required: - 10-15 years of experience in working on multiple FNA projects/migrations with a good domain knowledge into - S2P/O2C/R2R. - Own and drive continuous improvement within the process by actively identifying such opportunities through Quality initiatives - Green Belt certified mandatory with BB trained preferred. - Exposure working on the Oracle tool mandatory
