Business Process Improvement Role

- Management consultants performance improvement experience (preferably in management consulting firms) in domains of supply chain, procurement, operations improvement & sales acceleration. Should be from Tier 1 and Tier 2 MBA colleges and certification in six sigma / lean and analytics tools will be preferred.

- Delivers through a project team, made up of Protiviti and client staff, operational and financial improvements within a client organization supply chain , procurements, operations improvement and cost reduction.

- Delivers a result to the defined standard of quality whilst managing within cost and time constraints

- Manage the projects deliverables to the time, cost, and quality requirements

- Manage the expectations and satisfaction of the project s sponsor and stakeholders

- Lead and motivate the project team

- Create a detailed project plan

- Manage the level or risk in the project and implement effective control procedures

- Deliver the management of the project according to Protiviti's policies and procedures

- Can fully cover for the Project Manager for short periods of time (on a large project)
