- Will be responsible for handling projects pertaining to process improvements, process re-engineering and automations.
- Such projects will either have an impact on the Customers (Internal as well as External) or on the Financials of the organization, end result being Service Excellence, Cost Savings, enhanced Efficiency of the Staff, etc.
- Self-identified initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately improving customer satisfaction. Should work towards Continuous improvement.
- Drive culture of Quality, Six Sigma approach, within the department and across the businesses.
- Prepare and flash Measurement Metrics (MIS) for various processes as per decided frequencies which will help operations and businesses to take key decisions basis the metrics
- Role involves frequent interactions with Management and Leadership team
JOB Requirement:
- Graduate /Post graduates, with minimum 5-6 years of work experience.
- Certified or Trained in Six Sigma will be preferred.
- Candidate with good analytical skills and thought process will also be considered.
- Excellent MS-Excel skills and should be able to work with large data for analysis purpose
- Ability to think out of the box and provide ideas
- Excellent verbal and written communication is a must
- Should have good eye for detail, problem solving skills
- Time Management to ensure that projects are completed within defined timelines
