Business Process Excellence Role - BFSI

3. ISO-9001 Quality Certification: Possess a deep understanding of ISO-9001 quality certification parameters and benchmarks, ensuring compliance across relevant processes and driving continuous improvement in quality standards.

4. BPM Tools Expertise: Be proficient in Business Process Management (BPM) tools and methodologies, utilizing them to maintain up-to-date process documentation across all business units within the company.

5. Technology Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in technology related to BPM and process digitization. Apply this knowledge to streamline and templatize processes in alignment with the specific needs of different work areas, verticals, products, and market dynamics.

6. Program Management: Lead and oversee process improvement programs, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Implement governance techniques to ensure the success and sustainability of these programs.

7. Proven experience in process excellence, quality assurance, and BPM tools, with a minimum of [8] years in a leadership role.
