Nature of role: Full time

- Number of years of experience expected: 0- 3 years

- Areas of past experience preferred: :Freshers with no experience will be considered. People with experience in Business analyst, process design and application development.

- Educational qualification expected: Graduate or pursuing graduation

- Preferable additional certifications: None

- Preferred geography of previous work experience: India/ Europe /APAC/ US

- Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English

Key responsibility areas:

For processes related to Governance, Risk and Compliance areas:

- Work on process improvement and intelligent automation using no-code platform

- Conceptualize business scenarios and end use for applications based on industry requirements

- Design process flows for application development

- Build business intelligence reports and dashboards

- Test applications built on no-code platforms

- Work closely with Product Teams to identify improvements/ enhancements for products

- Serve Banks and financial institutions by automating their business workflows.

- Drive the day-to-day execution of assigned projects.

- Work on the reporting and analysis layer to display raw and computed data using different charts and tables

Key performance metrics:

- Innovative thought process in delivery outcomes

- Delivering end application in the no-code platform

- Development of specific artefacts, templates and visuals in no-code platforms

- Quality of delivery - Adherence to the firm's standards for processes and quality

- Effective communication with project stakeholders

Other important information:

- Work permit requirements: Eligible to work in India

- Period of engagement: Full time

- Probation period: 6 months

- Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.

- Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion

- Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

Selection process:

Aptitude Test: Online Test: The online test is expected to evaluate your skills and their application to processes related to Governance, Risk and Compliance areas

Interview: There are expected to be at least 2 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
