Business Planning & Strategy Role - Digital Payments Technology

Position Summary:-

- This role reports into the Head, Business Planning for India and South Asia and will be based in Mumbai

- Will work with the India & South Asia Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives, and develop operating plans as necessary to deliver short term and long term results.

- Will also work with GCM and Finance to prepare Annual Operating Plan and Multiyear plan for India and South Asia.

- Will be responsible in developing a strong operating model with the South Asia teams - lead the strategy and planning activities for Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives.

- Will be responsible to do Research, develop and implement research and communications tools to enhance the company regional business intelligence and response capabilities related to competitor activity and regulatory developments; Analyze business opportunities and emerging customer needs to identify issues, trends and growth opportunities for the organization.

Qualifications:-

-  Ability to define strategic needs of the business, analyzes business strategies, as well as translates into potential sales effectiveness and productivity goals.

- Experience in facilitating the business planning processes, together with specific change management practices to promote sales process adoption

- Experience in the banking/financial services sector preferably with strong knowledge of card payments industry, its products, services and technologies.
