Business Planning Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Pharma - IIM/XLRI/MDI/FMS/IMT/SIBM

Looking for FP&A experience professional from top Tier I B Schools only - IIMs, XLRI, MDI, FMS, IMT, SIBM etc

Position is with the TOP Pharma organisation in Mumbai. The role of the job is to Manage Business Planning and Analysis activity (tracking performance and budget deviations, preparing forecasts and budgets, supporting in decision making) for several Business Units within a country.

Key responsibilities: 

- Reporting (Actuals, Budgets and Latest Estimates) Coordinate with BPA, manage and operate the basic reporting processes for actuals and forecasts to agreed quality (Accounting and Controllers manual) and fast close timeline Reporting (Local Managements) Lead, manage and automate the provision of routine information to local users from SAP and BW.

- In coordination with BPA, provide routine slide presentations for internal users General Ledger Lead and manage the provision of financial accounting services and data on a timely and accurate basis - including fixed assets, cash and divestment activities.

- Ensure appropriate information is provided for tax, Corporation Tax and payroll compliance to the relevant individuals and external bodies Current systems development and maintenance 

- Perform super user responsibilities for Finance and Controlling modules to SAP to include provision of first line support for Finance and coordination and participation in training, acceptance testing and process improvements 

- Lead the development and maintenance of current reporting systems (SAP, BW, Excel) integrating other requirements and the changing needs of the organisation so that processes to report actuals, budgets, latest estimates and mid range plans are met cost effectively and responsively Preparation of ad hoc and routine - accounting/management- information 

- Provide relevant and timely ad hoc and routine information to satisfy Basle and organisational requirements

- Participates in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, etc.

- Analyses Early Warning and Risks & Opportunities

- Tracks financial indicators

Education : CA or MBA specializing in Finance.

Experience : 8-13 years in Financial Control position
