Business Planning & Analysis Role - NBFC

We have urgent and exciting job opportunity with a leading NBFC based in Mumbai for Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) role. Looking for a MBA regular person who is having a good exp in Business planning & analysis (Tier 1 or CA is preferred). Business Planning & Analysis :

- Preparation of 5 Year Financial Plan, quarterly and monthly financial forecast at entity, business segments and product level.

- Reporting monthly profitability and dashboards summarizing the Key performance indicators related to the business in comparison to plan. Analysing and reporting the variations.

- Expense analysis, reporting and projection at entity, function and business level.

- Making branch profitability report and dashboard.

- Provide complete analysis on business matters across products and strategy.

- Assist top management in business strategy planning.

- Taking care of monthly analysis of Profit & Loss statements.

- Analysis & dissemination of the various business indicators through reports like variance analysis, trend analysis & adhoc reports.

- Formulating Investor & Board presentations along with Competitive analysis of Industry peers.

- Reporting monthly analysis of productivity at Branch level Pan-India along with Segmental profitability and KPI-Dashboard Planning & forecasting business performance for quarterly & annual estimates in coordination with coverage & product head Support strategic.

- Evaluate Business Performance with deep dive analysis of key portfolio metrics.

- Preparation of Business Presentations for MD & CEO's office and organisation cross- functional Top & Sr Mgmt.(including CFO, COO, Strategic Advisors & BUHs) on the Business Performance, Strategic Initiatives & Propositions, Digital Transformation roadmap and initiatives, etc.

- Monitor key projects,timelines & business initiatives driven by Business Head.
