Business Planning & Analysis Manager - NBFC

We have an exciting job opportunity with a leading NBFC based in Mumbai for role of BP&A Manager. Looking minimum 1 to 4 years of relevant exp in same field. Looking for MBA or CA (CA Preferable).

- Develop and implement business plans, processes and procedures.

- Define and implement business strategy to meet organisation objectives.

- Identify and propose solutions for business needs.

- Analyse and document complex risk and mitigation procedures.

- Identify problems and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality.

- Coordinate with various teams to analyse business requirements, planning, and operating forecast.

- Assist in development of business plans to achieve organisation goals.

- Maintain complete knowledge of business operations and functions.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of latest business developments and market trends.

- Ensure compliance with company laws and regulations.

- Train and supervise junior staffs in business planning activities.
