Hiring for Talent Acquisition(Business Partner)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Recruitment activities and selection process.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Maintain & update employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Extensively involved in the recruitment activities such as sourcing, scheduling, screening, shortlisting, coordination, documentation, reference checking, and onboarding the candidates.
- Handling all the documentation of employees including preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, joining formalities, reliving letters, experience letters, etc.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Following up on the interview process status
- Undertook the joining and exit formalities of employees.
- Communication with various Recruitment consultancy firms for recruitment
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- In charge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- At least some prior experience hiring CAs & other professionals for consulting firms is necessary
