People with CA opening background working in a private sector bank and their basic KRA is as under

- Open quality NTB CA & trade account (min 5 pm) and bring casa bal average per account 10 lakh in next 3 months of opening

- Trade activate the above CA

- Do BBG and LAP cases

- TFX target of minimum 3.50 lakhs pm (3rd month onwards)

- Reach average re-occurring fee revenue of 5 lakhs pm (6 months onwards)

- Create a portfolio of trade and quality CA which will remain mapped perpetually.
