Base Location - Bangalore
- Leadership, Management, Growth and Representation of the Bangalore Centre.
- Grow the India presence and centre through effective internal and external positioning and support of business development
- Represent the Bangalore unit with local and foreign clients
- Represent the centre internally and externally through information share, presentations, participation in RFI / RFP responses, pricing discussions, etc.
- Support Client Visits correctly represent the Centre and the potential
- Review Compensation & Benefits / Costing and Pricing for deals.
- Work together with onsite (Europe / USA) and Offshore (India) Client Partners and Delivery / Account Managers to build the centre value proposition for clients and to ensure smooth and quality delivery.
- Build a go-to-market strategy for selling our services in India along with other Centre Leaders
- Cooperate with other Centre Leaders to ensure the best delivery value proposition for the customer and to grow the Bangalore Delivery footprint collaboratively.
- Work intensively with Delivery Managers (local & global) to ensure smooth delivery and customer as well as employee satisfaction.
- Support local Delivery Managers for stability & growth in their accounts. Work with the Delivery Managers to streamline the global delivery model at the centre to deliver more value to the customer
- Work with the Delivery Managers and Delivery Excellence Group to define and implement best practices across projects
- Coaching and mentoring employees
Oversee day-to-day running and operations of the centre with the Operations & Support teams:
- Manage the infrastructure and plan for present and future infrastructure growth needs
- Manage location BCP and work with BCM team towards the adequate BCP solutions for the centre and its projects
- Prepare budgets, manage P&L and associated components like utilization, expenses, etc. as per budget
- Review & oversee centre financials and Report on Centre status and health (financials, pipeline, growth, delivery stability) on a monthly basis.
- Manage finance and administration operations
- Responsible for guiding the global and corporate Finance & Tax teams on matters of compliance with local finance and tax regulations, keeping abreast of changes, etc.
- Support Health-and-Safety initiatives and Audits (internal and external)
- Support and grow initiatives like Outreach and Diversity
Required experience and skills:
- Good understanding of Service Centre & IT & Business process Outsourcing business. Those with International experience would have a distinct advantage.
- Experience in leading a multi-faceted Delivery Centre business will be preferred.
- Experience with a Global Delivery Model would be of advantage.
- Leadership skills are mandatory along with good Management skills.
- Functional knowledge and experience in Finance & Accounting would complement the management skills.
- Fluent English, other Foreign language would be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customer presentations and client meetings efficiently and with confidence and be an excellent senior representative of the Company.
