Grade Band: Chief Manager

Desired qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate / AMFI mandatory

Experience: 5-7 years (Business Banking,Corporate Lending,Trade FX)

Roles & Responsibility

Trade & Foreign exchange

Business Banking Lending

SME Lending + TFX

To increase penetration of Trade & Forex business into Current A/C by undertaking profiling exercise for existing customer base

Managing relationships with SME & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.

Responsible for achieving and driving channel targets on Trade and Forex services

Monitor and analyze the progress of Trade finance and forex services to achieve revenue objectives.

Responsible for driving New to bank clients through assigned Channel and create out of box solutions to clients

Make presentations to corporate clients on Trade Finance and forex proposition of the bank

Targeting the market for Working Capital Business.

Promoting the Banks Working Capital Product and term loan for SMEs.

Client visits for better understanding of their business.

Preparing credit proposals.

Ensuring documentation, disbursement of facility and regularly meeting clients to avoid any delays in the payments

Compliance with regulatory and group standards and policies (KYC, Customer Due Diligence, Sales Audit).

Salary offered: 13 - 15 LPA
