Business Partner-Corporate HR
- Manage end to end HR activities for a corporate functions (comprising of Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Risk, Internal Assurance, Procurement, Facilities, BPMA, Strategy) within the organization
- Counsel business leaders in people issues within the organization with the objective of nurturing and encouraging service excellence and quality by building a capable and motivated team in the assigned functions
- Implement initiatives to develop organizational culture, train and develop Managers for succession, and improve Employee Engagement
- Develop and maintain a team of competent employees
