Business Partner HR - Cluster HR Head, for a leading FMCG brand   Job Purpose :   - The incumbent shall work and partner with the corporate HR and sales team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce.   - This role includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.   Primary Roles & Accountabilities :  - Partner with business heads on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.  - Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee experience.   - Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness.  - Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.  - Review the sales policies, processes, rewards and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices.  - Jointly creating a sales HR Orgs manual.  - Responsible for the legal compliance and third party employee management for Sales workforce.  - Assess business unit's human resources training needs and provide inputs to design training intervention to enhance the sales capability.   - Drive the cultural transformation agenda and lead the agenda on employee engagement.   - Responsible for the end to end life cycle management and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation etc.   - Drive initiatives to enhance motivational levels and job involvement of employees, thereby leading to lower attrition levels and increased employee productivity.   - Role requires frequent travelling to sales units.  Work Experience and Qualification:  - Candidates may have a work experience of 9 to 15 years in relevant HRBP domain   - HRBP experience is essential (partnering with Leaders, advising managers, performance management, talent management, HR projects, succession planning, etc.) in FMCG industry.   Education : MBA or Master Degree in HR from Premier Institute.
