Responsibilities:
- Responsible to structure and design the recruitment process
- Identify and utilize new recruitment channels (e.g., social media sites); assess impact; and recommend changes to current recruitment channels
- Responsible for interacting with the business heads, collating their expectations and drafting effective JDs
- Recommend and implement strategic branding initiatives directed towards recruitment
- Continuously review, assess, recommend and improve the hiring process
- Drive changes to recruitment strategy based on results and objectives
- Use workforce analytics data to improve the hiring and retention processes
- Research, understand, and profile global talent pools; map their recruitment behavior; and drive recruitment campaigns accordingly
- Possess skills to define integrated operational information to reflect progress in the HR Department.
- Generate dashboards for various HR functions
- Define appropriate controls on the process to ensure that business objectives are met
- Integrate planning and execution along with appropriate financial information to ensure that operational leading indicators can be used to predictably deliver financial performance
- Managing vendor scorecards, recruiter scorecards
- Ensure critical reporting analysis for cross-functional and continuous improvement effort
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Masters or advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Development/Management with excellent academic records; preferably from B Schools
- 4 –5 years of human resources and global talent management experience
- Experience in recruitment, retention, workforce analytics, and talent management strategies and processes
- Exemplary analytical skills and expert execution capability
- High degree of customer centricity and situational fluency
- Strong analytics, ability to work with people to gather information and formal / structured presentation skills are a must
- Experience in building and sustaining relationships, and influencing managers and employees across all levels
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and acting upon market trends in recruitment
- Track record of having achieved superior and measurable results
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance the strategic and tactical, long-term and short-term recruitment requirements
- Understanding of talent management and recruitment software
- Ability to execute the role across multiple locations
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
