Business Operations Manager- Corporate Strategy
Own and manage various equity based compensation plans of Altisource group companies. Successful candidate will have the opportunity to assume higher responsibilities with regard to incentive plans or move to corporate strategy function, depending on demonstrated capabilities and organizational requirements.
KRAs:
- Manage and administer equity based compensation plans
- Develop equity based compensation plans in consultation with executive management
- Manage reporting requirements including reporting various board committees and external reporting
- Coordinate with accounting function to ensure proper accounting of equity based plans
Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree in management or equivalent
- Analytical skills to be able to understand financial impact of equity based compensation plans and develop plans that meet corporate objectives
- Prior work experience of 2-4 years in a role that requires high-level analytical and problem-solving skills
