Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance (Essential)

- Masters in Commerce or Management (Desirable)

- Top tier colleges preferred

Required skills :

- Advance Excel & Power point skills

- Excellent Cost Management Skills

- Project management skills

- Effective communication

- Knowledge of Analytics areas : ETL, Data warehouse, Statistics concepts

- Previous experience with hiring

Experience:

- Project management and Reporting skills desirable

- Ideal candidate would have fully supported Analytics division / programs before

Overall Purpose Of Job :

- Will be part of Business Operations - Analytics for CLIENT. Managing Projects / reporting/communicating with Leadership on the project status and follow-ups

Responsibilities/Authorities :

- Creating, implementing and managing a program office function in support of the execution of Analytics delivery or product work.

- Responsible for monitoring and reporting progress of various programs through governance and will interact with individuals throughout the delivery or OADM organization.

- Responsible for the financial and operational management as applicable.

- Effectively drive, control various CLIENT programs across SDO/GU and manage progress reporting to the key stakeholders

- Advises leadership and/or business executives at the highest levels about the Program status and planning

- Work with Leadership, Marketing, Delivery, OADMs, CLIENT teams to create, track & report the key program outcomes

- Ensures that the specific program is meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established approach & standards.
