Position: Practice Manager/ Business Operations Manager

Location: Bangalore

Requisites:

- BE, B.tech (or BA with technology work experience) with good academic record of above 65% from Class X onwards.

- MBA in Finance or Systems from top-ranked program(IIM’s ,XRI, SP Jain, MDI , FMS etc)

- Experience – 2-3 yrs post MBA

- Minimum of 2 years work experience post MBA in IT - preferably in automation initiatives for mortgage organizations.

- Adept with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

- Possess skills to define integrated operational information to reflect progress in business segments

- Identify, define, and qualify appropriate process controls to ensure business objectives

- Create detailed requirements to ensure that they meet technology needs

- Leverage a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to gather diverse sets of information and present findings in clear, concise way

- Interpret a wide set of financial and performance data to create key performance indicators to be used for reporting and metric/performance tracking
