Business Operations Manager - Executive Search & Selection Organization (7-12 years)

Location- Gurgaon

Reports to - MD

Team Size - 3-4 (direct reportees)

Stakeholders- India and global leadership team

It's an Executive Search & Selection organization, wholly owned by the USD 14 billion net annual sales Japanese organization. The organization is an undisputed market leader in Asia in the businesses of executive search & selection.

Objective of the role-

The purpose of this role is to provide strategic assistance to the MD by effectively performing a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential strategic, financial, operational analytical and research duties. Duties performed require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, and mature and independent judgment.

Main Accountabilities: Execute in the following areas under the overall guidance from the MD

1. Business Planning & Strategy

2. Financial Planning and Analysis

3. KPI Management

4. Drive Operations (Business Reporting, MIS & IT)

5. Stakeholder Management (Indian & Global)

6. Strategic Assistance

7. Risk Management & Compliance

8. Special Projects (if required) - There would be certain critical time-bound projects assigned to the role holder, as and when the need arises

Requirements-

- Education- MBA from any reputed B School

- Experience- Post MBA at least 6-10 years

- Experience of working with consulting/services organizations

- Should have the experience of driving/leading projects

- Should have the experience of managing stakeholder and reporting to the functional head/MD/CEO

Competencies- (Technical & Behavioral)

- Sound knowledge of various management functions

- Deep understanding of business and financial planning & analysis

- Experience in preparing, analyzing, and reviewing various financial statements

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Significant expertise in advanced reporting, data, analysis, presentation and data visualization tools and technologies.

- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic business environment

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

- High on energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders

- Should be self-driven and mature enough to handle senior level relationships
