- Lead in project management and support to partners, including in project implementation, and reporting, and monitoring and evaluation.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Business Partners & Sales Team.
- Contribute to the development of the overall strategy for all Business programme
- Ensure rigorous monitoring, learning and evaluation system across the implementation of the Cos Product & Sales programme.
- Ensure quality implementation of projects / call centre delivery process.
- Ensure compliance with Cos standard operating procedures / guidelines and protocols.
- Update risk matrix and ensure mitigation measures are in place.
- Any other duties as advised by direct HO manager.
Candidate Requirement :
MBA, Currently handling BPO Centre/Franchisee Outlets/Service Centres /Customer Care Centers
Handling large scale team size - minimum 50 nos
