Position Overview:

As an Operations Manager for Sciative Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operations for our Travel business segment, particularly focusing on our flagship SaaS product, Viaje.ai. Viaje.ai is an AI-powered dynamic pricing solution designed to assist luxury bus coach companies in optimizing seat pricing strategies across India. In this role, you will oversee a team of Price Analysts and Pricing Specialists who will report to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bus companies utilizing Viaje.ai. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure they maximize the value derived from our product.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Price Analysts and Pricing Specialists. Set clear goals and expectations, provide guidance, and ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality work.

Process Development: Establish efficient operational processes for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to Viaje.ai. Implement agile methodologies and sprint planning to improve team productivity and project execution.

Client Communication: Conduct regular weekly calls with clients to review performance, provide insights, and address any issues or opportunities. Act as a liaison between clients and the internal development and support teams.

Product Improvement: Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback from clients and contribute to the enhancement of Viaje.ai. Ensure that the product aligns with the evolving needs of the luxury bus coach industry.

Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to assist clients in making informed pricing decisions. Monitor and analyze pricing trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to optimize pricing strategies.

Customer Success: Strive for customer success by continuously assessing and improving the value delivered by Viaje.ai. Help clients achieve their revenue maximization goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.

- Familiarity with pricing strategies, AI, and machine learning concepts is a plus.

- Willingness to work from our headquarters in Mumbai.
