We have a requirement with one of our CMMI level 3 Client For onsite opportunity permanent position

NOTE:CANDIDATE HOLDING US H1 VISA ONLY NEED TO APPLY.

- Accountable for the Incessant's North America P&L and the Growth. Should be driving the Sales, Delivery and Support Functions to achieve the goal of stipulated business targets and the client satisfaction. Has authority to make Business unit / Region related decisions

- Accountable for Territory planning with BPM Product Organization Stakeholders and internal Incessant stakeholders to ensure go-to-market alignment.

- Accountable for Operations and Hiring for the North America region.

Responsibilities include -

Business Development

- Positioning Incessant as a Strategic IT partner and identify avenues for Incessant to implement BPM and other Niche technology Solutions

- Drive and Manage the Sales Managers to execute sales and marketing activities, leading to new business development in the US and Canada regions

- Plan and execute the account mining, radiation and cross selling through team of Sales and Client Services Managers

- Develop in-depth understanding of Incessant's GTM Solutions and Service Offerings, so as to demonstrate the applicability of these Solutions for Customer's business.

- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Presales Teams, and Business Analysts, ensuring the successful execution of the sales strategy and delivering the high quality RFPs. Work with the engineering teams to deliver POCs and demonstrations to the customers, to ensure that all success criteria and differentiators are demonstrated to win the business

Delivery and Client Services

- Engage clients at a detailed level to gain an understanding of the business issues and objectives driving the client's needs.

- Establishing and managing client relationship with key decision makers. Establishing and building "trust" and leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals.

- Regular Account Reviews of Program Health Checks, and leading the initiatives towards achieving the delivery excellence

Operations and Team Development

- Oversight of geographically disbursed teams using established criteria of successful client delivery and satisfaction. Mobilize teams for the project delivery

- Work with Account Managers and delivery teams to have the right people management practices. Responsible for overall motivation and morale of the group

- Tracking of ongoing contracts, service agreements, and service schedules, Prepare and Review SOWs.

- Tracking Accounts receivables from customers

- Mentor the Delivery Leaders and the Sales Managers and align the leadership towards the region business plan and growth

- Employee Training and Development Planning and Execution for the region

- Employee Annual Appraisals for the region

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a client facing role in a consulting firm or delivery management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry.

- Ability to build strong relationships with Client's IT and Business Sr. Management

- Very good understanding of BPM Services Space and allied technologies such as Mobility, ECM, BI, CRM, Cloud), along with recent and relevant knowledge of the trends.

- Proven leadership, organization, and planning skills with an ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly

- Self-guided and independent, who can work well in an unstructured environments as well.

- Able to articulate BPM solutions with credible thought leadership

- 40% of travel in North America Region
