Business/Operations Head - Autoparts Manufacturer

Looking to hire Operation Head with a leading auto parts manufacturer based out of Gurgaon. The incumbent shall be heading the operations of multiple plants. Person should have exp of handling multiple units.

Minimum qualification : B.E

Job specification :

- Experience with management of multiple plants.

- Business Head / Operation Head of Tier-1 automotive component manufacturing is essential.

- Strong management background with customer focus. He should be conversant with modern manufacturing techniques, quality management & plant maintenance.

- Knowledge of TPM and its implementation would be an advantage.
