1. Keep abreast of industry dynamics, market context and challenges, customer ecosystem and competitor intelligence to draw inferences/ideas
2. Support development of customized marketing strategies and solutions for the customer and business segments based on market insights and data
3. Lead team in creating marketing calendar for the year (across events, trade meets, channels etc.) and provide technical guidance to team
4. Contribute to content/collateral development as required
5. Identify opportunities to work with CRM and sales teams to do integrated marketing campaigns across digital & conventional channels
6. Draw on research insights as input to Customer Value Propositions, leverage consumer insights and research to provide thought leadership in formulation of integrated customer communication plans.
7. Support product launch strategy
8. Guide team to effectively serve requests for internal communication support required by project/business teams. Support in implementing and rollout of the marketing initiatives for the business units
