Job Objective:

- Create, manage and run the business marketing function for Beroe

Duties and Accountabilities:

Independent charge of business marketing function. Currently this is an individual contributor role growing into a team manager as results come in

- Create (where applicable), develop and manage the collateral strategy for Beroe

- Develop and manage strategic marketing assets in collaboration with Sales

- Develop and run the event management plan for Beroe – both participation in third party events and conceptualize, organize Beroe events for key target segments

- Create and run client acquisition programs in collaboration with sales

- Develop and run the Supplier relationship strategy for Beroe

- Develop and run the partner/alliance strategy for Beroe

- Own the Beroe website and presence on social media platforms

- Create a competitive, market intelligence function to enable sales

Working Relationships:

Supervisor: VP Marketing

Education, desirable qualification and educational establishment, additional education:

- Essential : MBA / PGDM with Marketing specialization from IIM, XLRI or other Tier 1 school only

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Desirable Work Experience : Minimum 3-8 years in a B2B marketing role preferably in services marketing, IT/Technology industry, analyst/advisory firm is a must

- International experience desirable
