Are you a dynamic and motivated teammate who establishes effective positive relationships with key partners leading to business impact? We are looking for a highly dedicated and hard-working person who is able to deliver high quality results on time while handling several tasks at the same time

- Support the business for Front-to-Back business and operational topics. Provide support to the IN LBM lead on location governance and Management topics

- Front Office Procedure Governance: Ensure the FO Procedure Governance framework is adopted and adhered to by all PB departments.

- Partner with Procedure Owners and Experts in continuously implementing the framework

Location Governance, Control and Compliance: Gate keep controls for IN location.

Partner with 1LoD and 2LoD to ensure business compliance with external and internal regulations. Support regulatory, compliance and audit reviews/requests

Front Office Issue Management and concern: Represent Front Office in assessment of Front Office related issues and incidents, especially with client impact.

- Ensure issue resolution across Front-to-Back functions

- Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Regional and Location Projects / Change Management.

- Facilitate rollout of regional and location initiatives as FO representation or subject matter experts.

- Function as contact liaison for Front, Middle and Back Office on the implementation of strategic initiatives, process improvements and facilitation of communication. Initiatives include regulatory and platform changes impacting FO processes and Systems

- An opportunity to work and collaborate with various teams from Front RM/ARM, Product specialists, Sales, 1st & 2nd LoD, and specialists across the bank

- Own or Assist in preparing and publishing various Internal MIS reports and External Regulatory reports.

To excel in this role, you should possess below:

- Minimum 5-8 years of Banking business experience

- Qualification of a college or higher education in business/economics/technology

- Front-to-Back banking process knowledge (PB background is an advantage, but is not mandatory subject to the overall skills of the candidate)

- Proven Ability to excel under pressure and possess a positive can-do attitude

- Demonstrated ability to innovate and inspire changes across the organization

- Analytical and confident personality with excellent relationship skills in order to manage partners across various departments (Front Office, shared services, middle and back office etc.)

- High service and client orientation, passion for the daily administration tasks and contact with partners

- Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
