We are looking for a Business Manager to SCM Head for client with a Pan India Footprint based at Gurgaon.

Experience : 1+ yrs of Operations, SCM, Analyst

Education : MBA (Operations/Finance) from Premier Institute ( Tier 1 or 2)

Knowledge Required : Analysis measures, Hands on MS Projects, Strategic planning

, Skills / Competencies : Data analysis & reporting, Ability to interface with business/functional heads, Expert hands on MS office/projects, Communication skills

Working Conditions : Regular working hours ; 5 days a week.

Job Purpose:

To Facilitate SCM team & Functional heads in decision making based on strategic data analysis to meet Indus business goals.

KRA:

1. Support Strategic Planning & General Management of SCM head office

- Supporting the Head SCM in business strategy formulation, business planning & analysis.

- Objective and goal setting, business planning & analysis, feasibility studies, and inputs for & key initiatives.

- Provide insights on future initiatives and develop future strategic direction.

2. Track and consolidate all the activities/action points related to business meetings conducted internally or externally, alert on delays/risks and ensure periodic reporting

- Consolidating action points & communicate to responsible SCM team members, discuss about critical roadblocks if any & support team in finding out solutions.

- Provide Inputs for presentations, reference materials, management reporting, and execution of day to day business deliverables that need immediate resolution.

3. Coordinate team activities - To analyze and summarize key components of the MIS with a strategic orientation

4. Monitor timely delivery on diverse projects

- Support & monitor strategic projects activities

- Timely completion of projects

- General Management for Leader's office

- Provide Inputs for presentations, reference materials, management reporting, execution of day to day Business deliverables that need immediate resolution.

- Running Leadership team meetings by setting agendas and driving discussions.

- Supporting the leader on various steering boards/project meetings.
