Working Conditions : Regular working hours ; 5 days a week. In the current scenario, Telecom is essential services, When the CCEO is in office, candt will be required to work FROM office. This is not a WFH role
KRA :
1. Drive all departments for timely and accurate data sharing across the circle for meaningful analysis to be used by circle CEO
- circulate the format to be used for data collection.
- fix up a deadline for sharing the same.
- follow up on progress made during regular intervals
- Seek clarifications if any and ensure that there is complete understanding among the departments of expected outcome.
- Collate the data submitted, pick up the key highlights/concern areas to share with circle CEO
2. Submit an error-free/accurate presentation to RD/COO's office/Customers for key decision making
- circulate the format suggested by COO's office.
- fix up a deadline for sharing the same.
- follow up on progress made during regular intervals
- Seek clarifications if any and ensure that there is complete understanding among the departments of expected outcome.
- Collate the data submitted and get it reviewed by circle CEO in the presence of FH's before final submission to RD/COO/Customer
3. Regular tracking of AOP Vs. Actual with the relevant departments and sharing of key issues with circle CEO
- Percolate the AOP nos. circulated by corporate to all the departments.
- Seek update on monthly basis from Finance on Topline/Cost performance.
- Highlight the lines where the circle is ahead/on course/behind the AOP nos. to circle CEO.
- Analyze the impact of revenue enhancement and cost improvement measures on the actual nos.
4. Organize for regular team review meetings for performance discussion and improvements
- Circulate the agenda of discussion in advance for due preparation.
- Prepare a MOM of the review meeting
- Circulate the MOM with the action points/deadlines agreed during the review.
- Track the closure and ensure reporting to circle CEO in case of non-compliance or deviation
5. Execution of Spl. Projects/initiatives which contributes to the overall circle business objectives and strategy
