Business Manager - Telesales
What the Role involves :
- The role involves winning customers & creating better business value for self, team & company overall. Ability to plan weekly, monthly & monthly business KPI deliverable and drive the same accordingly. Own & succeed End to End business cycle of identified customers from
- Identification till business go-live. Create business prospects by connecting with identified set of customers pools through systematic follow ups. Funnel management with follow Ups with prospects on their conversion journey
- Targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures. Work with internal tools & web portal for easy access & faster conversion
- Engage with clients post sales conversion till their business hosting cycle is completed within right time frames. Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients using telephonic and/or video conversations. Handling escalated customer complaints & driving fast closures
Critical Skills of a Suitable Candidate :
- Pre - Managerial Experience expected. To manage 2-3 managers in his/her span
- Ability to manage a team of 15-20 Sales Representatives
- Client handling and application of Tele-sales/ Video -Sales techniques
- Good Verbal and written communication
- Team training & buildup
- Ability to work on MS-office suite.
