Cloud Com Business Manager

- As a Cloud Com Business manager, you will be an internal and external point of contact for the new and existing Cloud Com coverage within assigned portfolio. Your challenge consists in becoming the expert in the Cloud Com domain for all internal stakeholders (Value stream, Finance, Commercial, NOC, CSM, PM, Legal) to ensure optimal customer experience and compliance. You will:

- Provide expertise for all internal teams regarding market knowledge based on assigned portfolio, including commercial, technical and regulatory knowledge.

- Negotiate and manage the cost base for Suppliers, Hosts and 3rd parties effectively optimising Direct Margin across Cloud Com products within assigned portfolio

- Deliver coverage extension through supplier and host onboarding in line with customer needs within a standard quality framework & BICS strategy within assigned portfolio

- Communicate externally with NRA's in coordination with legal with respect to countries impacted within assigned portfolio

- Coordinate and implement regulatory requests/changes internally coming from NRA' across all departments (Commercial, Technical, Financial) and optimising all efforts impacting existing coverage base within assigned portfolio

- Ensure compliance through translating of Legal and Regulatory requirements (provided by LEG) into Internal business processes within assigned portfolio
