Roles and Responsibilities:

- Maximize revenue and achieve business targets through client renewals and upsells.

- Act as a consultant to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through personalized solutions.

- Capture key feedback for client experience improvements through data analysis.

- Lead quality service demonstrations by the team on video meetings.

- Conduct regular team trainings and audits to maintain service quality.
